Kaitlyn's Valentine and PPA 28

I made this card for my favorite little neice who is 3 years old, but with very sophisticated tastes. Also, she loves pink. When I saw the colors for the PPA challenge I thought Yay! a perfect fit!

I used:

*I {Heart} Hearts and Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp sets

*Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink and Basic Black

*1 3/4" circle Punch, Scallop Edge Punch

*Texturz Plates and 1/4" White Grosgrain ribbon
